Have you been told to get more exercise, lower your stress, improve your blood pressure? While all good advice, the what and how to make that general guidance work for us as individuals is often not very clear, or frankly not clear at all. This is where Digman Health & Performance comes in. We collaborate with our clients to bring their goal outcomes to fruition via detailed, executable exercise and lifestyle modification plans.

Get back to exercise after a traumatic health event.

As a former cardiac-care nurse, Jason brings a deep interest and care for people who have experienced challenged and often traumatic health events, such as heart attacks or open heart surgery. He believes that with practical care, exercise can be a healthy part of everyone’s lives. Digman Health & Performance is here to help you discern what practical means for you so that you can begin to exercise or focus on your health again.

Digman Health & Performance does not provide medical diagnosis or treatments. Our health coaching services are not medical advice, treatment nor medical services, but are tailored health and exercise plans based on your unique situation.

Digman Health & Performance does not provide diets, meal planning or focus on weight loss. We help our clients to understand dietary guidelines but are not providing dietary counseling. Should specific dietary counseling be useful, we are happy to refer clients to registered dietitians in our care network.

“Bespoke Coaching”

Too many coaches have a rigid method—their coaching involves telling people exactly what to do, while expecting them to follow the coach’s particular method. This approach can work but isn’t coaching to us here at Digman Health and Performance.

We want to understand our athletes as whole people and to create tailored training and racing plans that are based on their individual situation. The goals and plans come from the individual, with Coach Jason then providing the roadmap for bringing those plans and goals to life working collaboratively with the athlete. One could call it bespoke coaching. Coach Jason calls it practical and individualized coaching

Have a specific training app you prefer to use? Coach Jason has an understanding and depth of knowledge of different types of technology and is happy to discuss your particular interests in integrating their use in your plans.

Coaching particulars

  • We provide training plans via an online platform that will allow for the sharing of data and athlete feedback.
  • Our specific training schedules fit within a collaboratively created big picture plan and are delivered in 1-3 week long blocks, updated in the days prior to their start so as to be maximally effective.
  • Coach Jason is available for consultative calls during each month and frequently adapts plans as the athlete’s life, body and experiences change. Cost is $250 per month.
