Jason Digman is a teacher, personal champion, coach, nurse, data enthusiast and athlete.
He’s been where you are, grappling with health and fitness goals. He’s helped many people meet and often exceed their health and fitness goals.
As an athlete,
Jason has raced and ridden all types of bikes, raced and run events from the short to the ultramarathon, competed in triathlons from Ironman to local races.
As a person,
Jason has experienced several health situations that required him to consider how to remain healthy and fit. As a professional, Jason took some time away from active coaching while he practiced bedside nursing at several local large hospitals, including during the entire Covid-19 pandemic.
As a nurse,
Jason focused his efforts in cardiac care where he developed a passion for people healing from heart events. Even during that time away from coaching, Jason remained an athlete, a student of endurance sports and an advocate for healthy choices.
As a coach,
Jason’s coaching philosophy is focused on bringing evidence-based training principles to the individual lives of his athletes and clients, be it to set a big race goal or to return to exercising after a major injury or health-related event such as a heart attack.
His philosophy is to meet people where they are and help them take the road they want to take to improve their performance goals, their race goals and their health goals.
His unique style of practicality, demystifying data and helping people focus on what will work for them makes him someone that people of all ages, backgrounds and goals seek out to play the role of their coach.
